Information we collect

We collect the contact, company, request, account, support, and file information you provide. We also process limited security data such as session identifiers, sign-in attempts, IP-derived rate-limit keys, and audit events.

How we use it

We use this information to respond to inquiries, provide and secure support services, operate the client portal, maintain service records, prevent abuse, and meet legal obligations.

Sharing and retention

Information is shared only with service providers needed to operate the service or when legally required. The service operator sets retention periods according to operational, security, contractual, and legal requirements. Some service, ticket, backup, and security-audit records may remain until an approved retention or deletion process applies; this notice does not promise automatic deletion after a fixed period.

Optional AI assistance

Authorized staff may use an optional AI copilot to prepare private ticket-triage drafts. The feature sends bounded ticket text and recent text updates, which can include internal notes, to the configured provider after best-effort credential-pattern redaction. Generation stores a temporary draft plus run and audit metadata. It does not inspect attachments, contact clients, or alter ticket content, status, or priority without a staff member’s separate approval. AI processing is disabled unless the service operator explicitly enables and configures it.

Your choices

You may ask to access, correct, or delete eligible personal information by using the contact form. Some records must be retained for security, service delivery, or legal reasons.

Security and changes

We use administrative and technical safeguards appropriate to the service. No system is risk-free. Material updates will be reflected on this page with a revised effective date.
